Refunds and Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please return it within 14 days for a full refund.  After this time we will only refund if the item is faulty.  However please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Tax

Customers from UK, VAT is included on all prices at a rate of 17.5%, International Customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes and any costs arising during the import.

Lead Warning

Some of our metal beads and findings will contain small amounts of lead, all glass crystal, unless marked 'lead-free' also contains a very small amount of lead.
